General Membership meetings, open to all members, are held in June and September. This coming year, 2018, we will be holding them at the Harbor Square Theater on 96th St.
Trustee meetings are held on the second Saturday of the month at the Stone Harbor Museum on Second Avenue. The SHPOA Board of Trustees is comprised of nineteen interested property owners, who are elected to serve one three-year term. They manage the daily operations and activities of the Association for the membership. They are a mix of full-time and part-time residents.
In addition, when possible, a trustee attends meetings of the Borough Council, and either their notes from these meetings or a news article which covers the meetings are posted to the SHPOA Facebook page and website Calendar as soon as the information is made available.
